Gmina Ośno Lubuskie is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Ośno Lubuskie, which lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) north-east of Słubice, 40 km (25 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 72 km (45 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 197.97 square kilometres (76.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,304 (out of which the population of Ośno Lubuskie amounts to 3,769, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 2,535).
