Gmina Nowe Miasteczko is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Nowa Sól County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Nowe Miasteczko, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Nowa Sól and 33 km (21 mi) south-east of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 77.18 square kilometres (29.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,512 (out of which the population of Nowe Miasteczko amounts to 2,828, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 2,684).

Apart from the town of Nowe Miasteczko, Gmina Nowe Miasteczko contains the villages and settlements of Borów Polski, Borów Wielki, Gołaszyn, Konin, Miłaków, Nieciecz, Popęszyce, Rejów, Szyba and Żuków.
