Gmina Niechanowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Gniezno County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Niechanowo, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Gniezno and 53 km (33 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 105.31 square kilometres (40.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,395.
