Gmina Mycielin is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It takes its name from the village of Mycielin, but its administrative seat is the village of Słuszków, which lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) north-east of Kalisz and 102 km (63 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
The gmina covers an area of 110.81 square kilometres (42.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,950.
