Gmina Malczyce is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Środa Śląska County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Malczyce, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Środa Śląska, and 41 kilometres (25 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The gmina covers an area of 52.55 square kilometres (20.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,975.
