Gmina Koziegłowy is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Myszków County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the town of Koziegłowy, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Myszków and 41 km (25 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 159.16 square kilometres (61.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 14,420 (out of which the population of Koziegłowy amounts to 2,505, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 11,915).
