Gmina Jastrząb is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Szydłowiec County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Jastrząb, which lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Szydłowiec and 108 km (67 mi) south of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 54.79 square kilometres (21.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,089.
