Gmina Jaraczewo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jarocin County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Jaraczewo, which lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Jarocin and 55 km (34 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 132.89 square kilometres (51.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 8,281.
