Gmina Gronowo Elbląskie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Gronowo Elbląskie, which lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Elbląg and 86 km (53 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The gmina covers an area of 89.2 square kilometres (34.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,875.
