Gmina Gaszowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Rybnik County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Gaszowice, which lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) west of Rybnik and 44 km (27 mi) west of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 19.54 square kilometres (7.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 8,739.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Rudy Landscape Park.
