Gmina Bochnia is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Bochnia County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the town of Bochnia, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina.

The gmina covers an area of 113.69 square kilometres (43.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 18,334.
