Gmina Andrzejewo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Andrzejewo, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) east of Ostrów Mazowiecka and 107 km (66 mi) north-east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 118.64 square kilometres (45.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,467.
