Gmina Żmigród is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Trzebnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Żmigród, which lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) north-west of Trzebnica, and 40 kilometres (25 mi) north of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 292.14 square kilometres (112.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 15,032 (out of which the population of Żmigród amounts to 6,573, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 8,459).
