The Giudecca Canal is a body of water that flows into Venice's San Marco basin (it). It is one of the major canals in the city. It separates Giudecca island from the Dorsoduro district.

Major buildings on the Giudecca side surrounding the canal include Molino Stucky, Le Zitelle, and Il Redentore, and on the Dorsoduro side: Santa Maria della Salute, Punta della Dogana (where the Grand Canal meets the Giudecca Canal), and Gesuati.
