Gilead is an unincorporated town in Perry Township, Miami County, Indiana.

History

Gilead was platted about 1840 by Adam E. Rhodes who had settled there in 1835.[3][4]

Economy

Gilead supports three stores: The Gilead General Store, Squirrel Creek Bulk Foods and Rabers Kountry Store LLC.
