Giannis Sioutis

Giannis Sioutis (in Greek: Γιάννης Σιούτης; born July 27, 1973) is a Greek professional basketball player. He is 1.84 m (6 ft ½ in) in height. He is currently playing with ICBS BC.

Pro career

He started his career with the youth team of Milon BC in 1986. In 1995 he transferred to Aris BC. In 1997, he won the Korać Cup and in 1998 he won the Greek Cup while playing with Aris BC. In 1999, he played with Panionios BC and in 2000 he returned to Aris BC. In 2002, he won the Euroleague 2001-02 championship while playing with Panathinaikos BC.

He has also played for Iraklio BC, Peristeri BC, Ilisiakos BC, and Dafni BC. In 2007, Sioutis won the Greek A2 League division with Sporting BC and he then transferred to AEK Athens BC. Giannis Sioutis also played in 11 games for the Greek national basketball team.
