Ghorbanali Saadat Qarabagh (Persian: قربانعلی سعادت قرهباغ, born in Qarah Bagh, West Azerbaijan) is an Iranian reformist politician, and the governor of West Azerbaijan, since 2013 in the Government of Hassan Rouhani.[1][2] He has 15 years experience in Governor generals of West Azerbaijan, Qum Province and Lorestan Province from 1990 to 2005.[3][4]
