Gert Kams (born 25 May 1985, in Koeru) is an Estonian professional footballer, who plays in Finnish Ykkönen, for Seinäjoen Jalkapallokerho. He is a right-footed midfielder and also a candidate for the Estonia national football team.

He made his national team debut on 3 February 2007 against Poland and scored his first international goal on 29 February 2012 against El Salvador. It was an unconventional goal as he scored with his back.
