U-157 may refer to one of the following German submarines:

SM U-157, a Type U 151 submarine launched in 1917; served in World War I until interned at Trondheim on 11 November 1918; surrendered on 8 February 1919; broken up at Brest in July 1921
German submarine U-157 (1941), a Type IXC submarine that served in World War II until sunk on 13 June 1942
