Gerasim Zakov (Bulgarian: Герасим Заков; born 7 September 1984) is a Bulgarian footballer who plays as a forward. He has also played for the Bulgarian U21 squad between 2003 and 2005.

Career

Zakov joined CSKA Sofia as an academy player at the age of 13 and signed his first professional contract in 2002.[1]

Zakov made 28 appearances for Kaliakra Kavarna during the 2011–12 season finishing as the club's top scorer with 11 goals.

On 24 June 2012, Zakov joined Litex Lovech.[2]

Zakov moved to China and signed a contract with Chengdu Blades in February 2013. After 11 matches without scoring, he was released in July 2013.
