Gerard Melancon

Gerard Melancon (born May 19, 1967 in Rayne, Louisiana) is an American jockey in Thoroughbred horse racing. On April 19, 2007 he won the 3,000th race of his career at Evangeline Downs in Lafayette, Louisiana.
