Gerald Sampson

Gerald E. Sampson is a Canadian businessman and politician based in Nova Scotia. He served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly representing Victoria-The Lakes.[1] He also served as Warden of Victoria County, Nova Scotia.
Life and career
Sampson attended Cape Breton University. He owned and managed his own businessand has worked for Statistics Canada as a Census Commissioner in 1991, 1996 and 2001. Sampson has resided in Big Bras d'Or.
As a member of the Nova Scotia Liberal Party, Sampson won the Nova Scotia general election, 2003 against Keith Bain of the Progressive Conservative Association of Nova Scotia. Bain won the seat running against Sampson in the Nova Scotia general election, 2006 and Nova Scotia general election, 2009.
