Georgia Ellis (1917 – 1988) was an American actress who is best known for her recurring role of Kitty in the popular Western radio drama Gunsmoke. She played a number of small roles on the Dragnet TV series in the 1950s, and she played in three films Penny Serenade (1941), Doomed Caravan (1941), and The Light of the Western Stars (1940).[1] She also used the name Georgia Hawkins.[2]
