Georges Kwaïter

Georges Kwaïter (April 28. 1928 – July 26, 2011) was the Melkite Greek Catholic archbishop of Saīda, Lebanon.

Ordained to the priesthood on July 15, 1951, Kwaïter was appointed archbishop on July 23, 1987 and was consecrated as bishop on October 23, 1987. He retired in 2006.^[1]
