Gauthier Klauss (born December 17, 1987 in Épinal) is a French slalom canoer who has competed since the mid-2000s.

He won two gold medals in the C-2 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships, earning them in 2010 and 2011. He also won a gold medal in the C-2 team event at the 2013 European Championships in Kraków.

Klauss won the overall world cup title in the C-2 category in 2013.

He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London in the C-2 event where he finished in 4th place in the final.

His partner in the boat is Matthieu Peche.
