Garvo Lanete is a professional basketball player playing for the Philippine National Team in basketball. He is the younger brother of Chico Lanete.
Collegiate career
Lanete studied and played with San Beda Red Lions from 2007 to 2012 when he graduated. He led the Red Lions when they won 4 out of 5 championships with him.He played his last game with the Red Lions on their 57–55 win over the San Sebastian Stags.[1]
Amateur career
Lanete played for the San Beda-Maynilad Water Dragons in the opener of the PBA D-League. Then when Maynilad was disbanded, he joined the NLEX Road Warriors and he led the talent-laden Road Warriors to back-to-back titles with him.[citation needed]
