Gareth Naven (born 3 March 1969 in Wigan, England[1]) is a former Australian football (soccer) player.

Biography

Naven was club captain of Perth Glory FC between 1996 and 2002, He also played for Bayswater Inter, AIS, Adelaide City, Perth Kangaroos, Perth SC and Sarawak FA.[1][2] He is now the coach of the Perth Glory youth team.[3][4]

In February 2013, Naven was promoted to the senior coaching staff at Glory, as assistant to new coach and former Glory team mate, Alistair Edwards.[5]
