Gansz later served on the coaching staffs at Colgate, Oklahoma State, SMU, Army, UCLA, Air Force and Navy as well as the Kansas City Chiefs, St. Louis Rams, Detroit Lions, Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals, Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars.
