Gan Ner (Hebrew: גַּן נֵר, lit. Candle Garden) is a communal settlement in northern Israel. Located near the Green Line to the south of Afula, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gilboa Regional Council. In 2007 the population was 2,800.
The village was founded in 1987 by a group of families from nearby moshavim, and was named after Lord Barnett Janner. In 1995 a new neighborhood was constructed in the community.
It is home to the Hapoel Gilboa Galil Elyon basketball club, which was formed in 2008. The club will play at a 1,000-seat arena in the village.
