Gamunex

Gamunex is an immunoglobulin therapy produced by Grifols, it is produced purified antibodies that come from human blood plasma.
It is used in the treatment of:
- Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP)
- Primary immunodeficiency (PI) disease
- Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP)
Because Gamunex is created from human plasm there is a risk that it can carry viral infection.
