Gallifrey: Lies is a Big Finish Productions audio drama based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. The series is set on the Doctor's home planet of Gallifrey.

Plot

Far back in the Dark Days of Gallifrey, Imperiatrix Pandora became the despotic ruler of the Time Lords. But before she could conquer all of creation, she was overthrown and all but erased from existence. She vowed she would return. Centuries of non-corporeal planning and manipulation will soon come to fruition.

President Romana has amended the ancient laws of Gallifrey. The Time Lords' Academy, one of the most exclusive and mysterious institutions in the universe, is finally permitting students of other worlds and races. Romana's enemies think she has finally gone too far and secretly begin plans to depose her. But Romana's friends are keeping secrets from her as well. Secrets about her past, her present and her possible future.
