Gabrielle Lutz (born February 4, 1935) is a French slalom and sprint canoer who competed in the 1960s. She won a silver medal in the mixed C-2 event at the 1969 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Bourg St.-Maurice.
Earlier that decade, Lutz competed as a sprint canoer in the women's K-1 500 m event at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome, but was eliminated in the semifinals.
