Gabriella Goliger

Gabriella Goliger is a Canadian novelist and short story writer.[1] She won the Journey Prize in 1997 for her short story "Maladies of the Inner Ear",[1] and has since published two books, Song of Ascent in 2001[1] and Girl Unwrapped in 2010.[2]

Born in Italy, Goliger grew up in Montreal, Quebec, and studied English literature at McGill University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She currently lives in Ottawa[3] with her partner, Carleton University academic Barbara Freeman.
