GIFT Diamond Tower is a skyscraper approved[2] for Gujarat International Finance Tec-City in Gandhinagar in the Indian state of Gujarat. The complex is expected to be completed by 2017 and will consist of the 410 metres (1,345 ft) Diamond Tower[3] and the core CBD of GIFT, comprising a total of 25,800,000 sq ft (2,400,000 m2). Already, 15,000,000 sq ft (1,400,000 m2) of the floorspace of this first phase has already been secured by a host of national and international companies, with MOUs for the other 10 million in the works.
