Fumihiro Oikawa (及川 史弘 Oikawa Fumihiro, born August 26, 1973 in Sendai, Miyagi) is a Japanese figure skater who is now a journalist. He won the Japan Figure Skating Championships in 1994. He retired from competitive skating shortly after placing 22nd in the 1994 Winter Olympic Games.[1]
