The Fulvous-breasted Flatbill (Rhynchocyclus fulvipectus) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
