Fujisawa (藤沢町 Fujisawa-chō) was a town located in Higashiiwai District, Iwate Prefecture, Japan.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 10,057 and a density of 81.64 persons per km². The total area was 123.15 km².

On September 26, 2011, Fujisawa was merged into the expanded city of Ichinoseki. Higashiiwai District was dissolved as a result of this merger.
