Fuegian languages
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fuegian languages are three languages spoken in Tierra del Fuego by native Americans; the Kawésqar language, the Ona language and the Yaghan language.
The term is a collective name, and there is no evidence that they are related to each other. The Kawésqar and Yaghan languages are considered language isolates while Ona (Selk'nam) language belongs to the Chon languages.
