Frontolysis

Frontolysis - in meteorology, is the dissipation or weakening of an atmospheric front.[1]
In contrary to areas of "Frontogenesis", the areas where air masses diverge are called areas of frontolysis. Siberia and Canada are examples of areas of frontolysis
