Frik Kirsten (born (1988-08-18)18 August 1988) is a South African rugby union footballer. He plays as a prop for the Bulls in Super Rugby and the Blue Bulls in the Currie Cup.

Kirsten made his provincial and Super Rugby debuts in 2009 against Western Province and the Blues respectively.

In 2013, he was called up to the South Africa squad following an injury to Frans Malherbe.[1]
