Fridae (in Chinese 匯樂) is a diversified media and services company that caters to the gay and lesbian community of Asia. Its strategy covers the Internet, Broadcasting, Publishing and Events.

Fridae was also involved in the organisation of large dance party events such as Nation (named one of the Top 10 Gay Events in the World by DNA Magazine) and Snowball. On 13 October 2006, Fridae announced that following Nation VI held in Phuket that year, Fridae was to concentrate on regional expansion and advocacy work.[1]

The name "Fridae" is inspired by "Man Friday" from Daniel Defoe's novel Robinson Crusoe.

It's online presence is at the Fridae.asia portal, offering news, city guides, opinion articles and personals. The site is currently published in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. It provides content, community and commerce to more than 400,000 consumers each month. "Perks" is a premium paid service.[2]
