Frednowy [frɛdˈnɔvɨ] (German: Frödenau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Iława, within Iława County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Iława and 55 km (34 mi) west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
The village has a population of 800.
