Charles Frederick Shirey was a professional American football player for the Cleveland Rams and the Green Bay Packers. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 5th round (32nd overall) of the 1938 NFL Draft.[1] He attended Washington & Jefferson College and University of Nebraska.[2] He was a native of Latrobe, Pennsylvania.[3]
