Johann Georg Friedrich "Fred" Grim (born 17 August 1965 in Amsterdam) is a retired Dutch football goalkeeper and the current manager of Almere City. Grim represented Ajax Amsterdam and Cambuur Leeuwarden during his football career.

After a brief stint as goalkeeper coach and Jong Ajax's assistant manager, Grim assumed responsibility for Ajax' flagship A1 (U19) youth team after the position was vacated by newly appointed Ajax Head Coach Frank de Boer. In October 2012, Grim left Ajax to be head coach of Eerste Divisie side Almere City.
