Frans Geurtsen (born 17 March 1942 in Utrecht) is a Dutch former footballer who played at both professional and international levels as a striker. Geurtsen played club football for DWS, and was the Eredivisie top scorer in both the 1963–64 and 1964–65 seasons.
Geurtsen also earned one cap for the Netherlands in 1964, scoring one goal.
