Frank Seymour (born 14 May 1904, date of death unknown) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Carlton and Fitzroy in the VFL and Northcote in the VFA.
Seymour was a fullforward and was recruited from New South Wales to join Carlton in the 1927 season. After two seasons with Carlton he moved to Northcote where he became a prolific goalkicker. He played 201 times for the club, including 5 winning grand finals. His 880 goals was and remains a club record and he topped the VFA's goal kicking with over 100 goals in 3 separate seasons.
