Frank Elegar (born 3 December 1986) is an American U.S. Virgin Islander professional basketball player, who plays in the positions of center and power forward. He currently plays for BC Kalev/Cramo in Estonia.

Elegar is a member of the U.S. Virgin Islands national basketball team.[1]
