Franjo Vlašić (Hungarian: Vlassich Ferenc) was a Croatian general and ban.
He was born 24 April 1766 in Dombóvár, Hungary. He became ban on 10 February 1832. He resisted the Magyarization of Croatia, especially the teaching of Hungarian in schools. During his rule the Croatian national revival was begun with the Illyrian Movement.
He died on 16 May 1840 and was succeeded by Juraj Haulik as acting ban.
