Franck Matingou (born December 4, 1979 in Nice, France) is a Congolese football player who, as of 2004 was playing for SC Bastia.

He was part of the Congolese 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished bottom of their group in the first round of competition, thus failing to secure qualification for the quarter-finals.

After a short trial at Dundee United, he returned to his club when a transfer fee was demanded but subsequently released by SC Bastia in September 2006 to return once again on trial at United.

He plays as a midfielder and is currently on trial at A.F.C. Bournemouth
