Álvaro Francisco Nájera Gil (born 25 July 1983 in Bogotá) is a Colombian footballer who plays for Atlético Nacional of Colombian First Division.
Usually a central defender, he has played almost his whole career at Santa Fe. He played the 2006/2007 season in Mexico for Querétaro; the team failed to stay in 1st Division football, after which he returned to Colombia.
